between_time_and_42I've reviving the 52 Records project because I just felt like I had to keep it going to give my life structure and meaning, and I decided each month will be themed. This month was folk & singer-songwriter. To that end, I just listened to a Kingston Trio album today, and man... I can't take this band seriously after seeing A Mighty Wind. I just can't. I want to love it, and I do love it, but... man, that movie ruined folk music for me. (But like, only a certain type of folk music- the overly-earnest and cheesy type of the 60's revival.)
