You've heard of the Try Not to Sing and Try Not to Laugh challenges, now get ready for the Listen To The Wall and Try to Make It Through One Song Without Wanting to Give Pink a Hug challenge!

Seriously, I was listening to it last night and I just want to give Pink a hug with every single song. And I also want to send him to therapy. And I also think that if NaNoWriMo wasn't so close, I might write some warm-up pieces for SF: ALS where I experiment with writing from Pink's perspective, because there's a LOT to get into and I want to get it right this time around.

Characters who you want to hug through the whole story are the best characters. Pink does sound like he could use a lot of hugs and a lot of therapy. I hope you get to write those warm-ups now that NaNo is at a close!

Haha, they so are. My story is far from done but once NaNo is over, I would like to try to write some different stuff from Pink's perspective, because I've been struggling to nail his characterization. So I might do that in December!

That sounds like a good plan! It's always so annoying when a character's voice or characterization takes a while to form, but writing exercises that help with that tend to be fun. :)
