between_time_and_42I had a dream that there was a This is Spinal Tap musical and I was playing in the pit orchestra for it (what could they possibly need clarinet for, though??), except the actors weren’t actors, it was actually David St. Hubbins and Nigel Tufnel and Derek Smalls and David and Nigel were being ADORABLE and I was fangirling away in my seat.
Speaking of those two, I tried to coin their ship name: “Hubnel”- and I just hope it gets used, seeing how weird it is that the movie came out almost forty years ago and somehow they still don’t have a widely-used ship name (and nowhere near enough fics on AO3, you’d think people would be ALL OVER THAT!).
